Article Marketing Secrets - How to Market Your Articles in Your Own Blog

One of the best ways to market and repurpose your articles is to use them in your blog(s). Here are three ways I use regularly to market and repupose my articles that will work for you all day, everyday.

3 Ways to Blog with Your Articles

1. Parts of articles - Because blog articles are intended to be shorter than the average article, you can start an one in your blog and finish it somewhere else. Create a post using the first few sentences of your article, and then create a link for the reader to click to read the rest. This link can take them to another page in your blog or to your web site.

2. Article Series - You can post a series on the same theme or topic or challenge. You can create a nice following with your readers as they look forward to returning to read the next article in the series. You can build the anticipation a bit at the end of each installment by letting the reader know what is coming in the next one.

3. Break up the article - Tips articles are great for breaking up your writing into different posts. For example, in this article I'm giving you three tips for repurposing your articles in your blog. I could very easily, and probably will, take each one of these tips and create a post with it. At the end of each post, I will give the reader a very brief preview of what to expect in the next post, again to build the anticipation.

Article Resource Bio - How To Write It Effectivley To Produce More Traffic

Article marketing is a free strategy that webmasters can use to generate free website traffic. It is an effective form of website promotion that works by submitting unique and informative articles to high traffic article directories as well as those with a high search engine page rank. These articles are available for free download for use on websites and ezines on the stipulation that the writer's article resource bio remains intact. Internet marketing articles can not only get free traffic to your website through direct visits from the article itself, they can help to raise your search engine results page rank by increasing relevant one-way links to your site.

The success of your resource information in article marketing hinges on the quality of the article itself. Not only does an article need to be well written and engaging, it must offer information that gives value to your target audience. The topic should relate to your website theme, otherwise your traffic will not be targeted and therefore of little value to you. The content gives you the opportunity to establish your credentials as an expert in your field and to gain reader trust.

Your resource bio in article marketing is really your payment for submitting the article. You provide a free article that people can use and in return your business is marketed through the bio that remains intact. It is therefore very important to use your resource box effectively.

The basic information your resource box should include is your name (and title if applicable), your website address with a valid URL (make sure it is a live link), your marketing pitch or unique selling proposition, and your call to action. It is not a good idea to a number of different calls to action in a given resource box. Keep it simple. Your call to action might be to visit your website, download a free e-book, or subscribe to a newsletter.

Another important consideration in compiling your resource bio is to use anchor text in your URL that is related to one keyword or keyword phrase that you want to use for SEO (search engine optimization) purposes. For example, if you run a website which is focused on debt consolidation you can enhance search engine relevance for the term 'debt consolidation' by linking the term in your resource box to your website.

As with your article, your resource information should have clearly stated benefits for the reader. In other words they will be able to see a personal benefit in clicking on your link. It is also important to keep your article resource bio to a reasonable size. It shouldn't be too big. Chris Knight of Ezine Articles suggests that it should be no more than twenty percent of the total size of the article.

Your article resource bio is an important aspect of article marketing. After all, the purpose behind article submission to high traffic article directories is to get free traffic to your website. Your resource box is the doorway from your article to your website. If you craft it well on the foundation of an informative and valuable article, your website and business will benefit substantially.

The Best Way to Format Your Winning Article

When it comes to article marketing, writing skill is important. If you possess such skill, congratulations, you are well ahead in the game. The question is, how can you format your article in such a way that produces the best results you want?

Usually, a good article starts with a striking and attention grabbing headline. But, the headline cannot be hype. Right after the headline, you should have a sub headline, which also should not be hype. The ability to create good headlines is very important, especially in the Internet World.

Bear in mind that other than the headline, there is no other means like a cover to judge your article by. The headline must attract the potential reader to read the article, and the sub headline should also serve the same purpose, stating what the article is all about.

An effective article will be between 300 and 500 words in length, consists of not less than three paragraphs. Paragraph with only 1 sentence should be avoided, unless that sentence is just a few words long and needs to stand out for special attention.

The opening paragraph is important because it contains the main key point you want the reader to know about the article, and what they will learn in the following sentences. Remember the thesis you wrote in high school or college? The same applies to articles writing too. You can either make a statement or ask a question, then prove it or answer it within the context of the article. It is crucial that you keep the reader interested and hence he will continue reading the next paragraph, and the next until he reaches the end of the articles.

You should wrap up your article at the last paragraph, summarizing what has been conveyed in the body of the article. Following the final paragraph, a resource box should be provided, which contains critical information about the author you and should include a link to your website, where the reader can learn more about the topic you have discussed in the article.

Last but not least, you want to let readers know that they are free to reprint your article or even post it at their blog as long as it stays intact and includes the resource box. This is where your article can become a viral marketing tool.

When you have finished writing your article, put it aside and read it again the following day. You will find that you may have been too subjective about the topic. Seek a second opinion about your article and ask for criticism.

7 Must-Know Rules for Article Marketing

If you are just getting started with article marketing, or if you are still learning about article marketing, begin on the right foot. Here are seven simple rules you must know (and apply) in your article marketing campaign.

Rule #1: Make a plan. Before you begin writing articles, sit down and set a few goals for yourself. Know what your purpose is for marketing with articles.

Rule #2: Create a list of directories. Knowing where to submit your articles will save you time. Decide where you'll submit your articles. Create an account at each website and bookmark it.

Rule #3: Gather article ideas. You should never wait until you think you're ready to write a few articles to compile ideas. Jot down ideas you have every day. Keep a small notebook handy to write your ideas in. When you're ready to write articles, you'll have a miniature gold mine of ideas waiting for you.

Rule #4: Write fast. Lots of writers struggle over writing a perfect copy the first time around. Forget about it. Write fast, letting your thoughts flow onto the page. Once you're finished with your draft you can edit as much as you like.

Rule #5: Check spelling, grammar and word count. Before you submit your article to any directory, be sure you run a spelling and grammar check on the document. If you tend to forget to do this, write yourself a reminder on a sticky note and place it on your monitor screen.

Rule #6: Include a well-written resource box. This is the most important, and often most overlooked, part of the article marketing process. Always include a resource box with your articles that creates a call of action to your readers.

Rule #7: Be consistent. You can't write a handful of articles and expect huge results. Article marketing requires persistence and consistency. Plan long-term and you'll start getting amazing results from your article marketing efforts.

Article Marketing - How to Write an Article When You Don't Have Time to Write an Article

Some days I feel like I just turn around and the day is gone. I dont think I have time to write, most days, but I some how do manage to write almost every day.

When I first get up in the morning, I find I have about twenty minutes before anyone else gets up, calls me, or figures out that they need my attention for whatever given topic they want me to do. Twenty minutes isnt long, so I have to get whatever Im going to do, done fast.

There are several methods of Article Writing Starting Processes that work well for me:

1. Start a list of topics

2. Add sub-topics under each topic

3. Add more topics and expand each sub-topic into more sub-topics

4. Write a paragraph about a topic.

5. Write down a quote about a topic.

6. Write down any thoughts on a given topic.

7. Write down a thought about where you got the topic idea.

All of these go into a single Document File, and I pull random ideas from the list, if Im stuck for a topic or writing idea. Beyond these, I use a spiral to jot down ideas when Im not at my computer. I have a small box by my computer where I put slips of paper that I list ideas and topics whenever Im not at the computer and dont have the spiral. Im always and forever, calling myself to leave a message --- TOPIC IDEA.

Literally, If I sat down and wrote constantly for two months, I dont think I could ever run out of ideas.

Once I have ideas, the writing goes fast:

1. Write a working Title

2. Ask a question.

3. Answer it with a referral to your article.

4. Write your specific format - tips, paragraphs, or thoughts.

5. Ask your reader if you can help them find an answer.

6. Write a quick referral and link to your site.

7. Copyright your article.

Youre done!

Profitable Article Marketing - Revealed - 4 Outstanding Ways to Make Money Through Article Marketing

If there is one easy way to make money online, it is through writing and distributing your articles to various publishing sites. This process which is commonly referred to as article marketing can effectively drive quality traffic to your website and augment your sales potentials.

Here are the 4 outstanding ways to make money through article marketing:

1. Constantly improve your writing skills. This is one of the most effective secrets if you want to get ahead of the pack. Make it a habit to write articles on a regular basis or read articles and ebooks that can effectively help you smoothen out the rough edges of your writing. By doing so, you can be assured that you will be able to deliver better articles each time you write.

2. Create killer resource box. If your resource box contains your website's URL alone, you are missing a lot of opportunities. To make it work for you, make sure that you include your name, your title, your elevator pitch and your powerful call to action. You can also offer incentives or communicate your desire to help to make it even more enticing.

3. Multiply the number of your articles. One of the elements that can guarantee you success in article marketing is the quantity of your output. Remember, the more articles you submit, the more quality inbound links you will obtain for your website.

4. Outsource. If you are like most webmasters who are always swamped with other marketing activities or someone who doesn't have a knack for writing, you can still utilize this marketing tool by hiring ghostwriters or article posters. Just make sure that your ghostwriters understand your niche very well and have the ability to create articles that are targeted to the needs and demands of your potential clients.

The Secrets Behind Setting Up Your Adsense

Adsense Secret #1

Color Blending is making your adsense match your content. Visitors have developed ad-blindness to adsense unless you make it seem part of the adsense content. Instead of having a border around the adsense, make sure it doesn't stand out too much on your adsense website.

If you website uses a lot of borders to separate content then maybe using a border for you ad will actually look better. If so then add a border. However most of the time having the adsense inside of content to where it looks like it is a part of the actual content is the best place to put it.

Adsense Secret #2

Adsense Tracking is how the adsense pros earn big with google adsense. What does tracking have to do with adsense? Everything! When you track your ads you start to find out what ads are actually performing and earning you money and what ads are not.

Think about it. If you could "fire" the ads that aren't making you any money and replace them with ones that will, you will be increase your profits. Tracking allows you to do this.

Adsense Secret #3

Adsense Positioning is another crucial step to increasing your adsense profits. But what areas are the best? Simple. Here is a heat map on the best performing adsense positions.

Battle Tested Tips That Will Blow The Door Off Your Article Marketing Results

Let me ask you a very important question. Are you experiencing the results that you want from your article marketing efforts? If you were anything like me when I first started out online I was writing articles with very little results.

In this article I would like to go over the main ingredients that you need to do to be successful with article marketing.

Make sure that you choose a niche market to write about that you are passionate about. Face it to be successful with this method of advertising you need to write hundreds if not thousands of articles to be successful. If you choose a topic that you do not like it is going to be extremely difficult. For example my passion is about internet marketing so I find it really easy to focus on this and write articles that are related to this.

Make sure that you help your reader. Share a slice of your expertise without giving the farm away. If you help your reader they are more likely to visit your website and subscribe to your newsletter. Consequently this will mean more visitors.

Remember that volume is key to succeeding using this method of promotion. The higher the number of articles the greater your number of subscribers and sales. Try to write at least 10 to 20 articles a day. If you are doing less than this you simply will not be making enough noise in the marketplace.

When I first started out I was sending all my traffic to a sales page with very little success. You need to focus on sending all your traffic to a squeeze page so that you can build a list. I also suggest that you get a professional autoresponder account like Getresponse. Every time somebody subscribes to your newsletter they will automatically be added to your autoresponder so that you can follow up with them.

Information Marketing - How To Make Every Product You Create A 'Home Run'!

Wished every information product you create were a 'home run'? While it isn't really realistic to expect every product you create to be a mega success, you can certainly create products that are profitable each and every time.

Here's how to create a product that hits a 'home run':

1. Create A Problem-Solving Product

Try to create problem-solving products. Find burning problems in your niche market and aim to solve these problems in your products. If you find just 5 burning problems in your market, it means there is the potential to create 5 problem-solving products. These types of products work best in the form of a step-by-step guide that makes it easy for the reader to follow and take action on.

2. Add In Irresistible Bonuses

Add in bonuses that help add to the value of your offer. Your bonuses should be related to the topic of your main product. They should complement your main product perfectly to attract more buyers. Some bonuses you can add in include bonus PDF reports, free audio courses, or even free interviews you have done with experts.

3. Always Overdeliver

Always overdeliver in your products. Give more than what you promise. Your customers will be happier and they will be more open to buying more products that you release in the future. If you underdeliver or provide poor customer support, your customers will not be likely to buy from you again. So always overdeliver: pile on the bonuses, offer free follow-up emails that have informative articles, and provide phone support and email support.

Internet Marketing Articles - The Internet is One Place Where Discrimination is Good

I am not the brightest star in the sky by any stretch of the imagination. But I don't have to be to figure out that after I have read a few of someone's articles, I get a pretty good idea of whether or not this is the kind of person with whom I choose to do business. This is another one of the reasons that I like article marketing so much. It really gives me a chance to discriminate as to who my business partners will be.

Of course, it gives you that same chance to share who you really are with people who might want to do business with you. There are several aspects of your articles that act as "tells" when writing your articles. For example, is the content consistent with the title? This may seem like a little thing, but when someone is trying to decide if you are someone they can trust, and you start out with a little lie, it is not going to take many of these before someone decides you may not be worth the risk.

Article marketing is a great way for you to develop a body of content and have it spread all over the Internet giving thousands of people a chance to learn about you and see if you are the person that might be able to help them solve a problem, accomplish a goal or get something they want. All you have to do if you want to be successful, is share a little of yourself, be honest, and give them some real value from the first look. Let them discover something new, something useful, something of real value in every article. Give people a chance to reverse discriminate towards you.

Article Marketing - How to Market Your Online Business with Articles

You've probably seen the content. It appears redundant, but each time you read something, you learn another something new. It isn't the content, it's perception. Each writer offers unique and valuable perceptions to their content. Do you have a different perspective? You have a responsibility to share your perspective and profit from that. Let me show you how.

1. Article Marketing

Write articles about your business information, providing content to ezine publishers over the Internet while you offer links that bring those readers back to your website, marketing your products. Think of all the interesting facts about your products. Use those facts to share your product information with your readers. Advertize in your articles by adding a high-impact power-charged resource box at the end of your article.

2. Content Presentation

Find ways to produce and promote content on the internet. If you publish an ezine, post it on your website with links to your products. Offer information about what you sell and give your readers a chance to know you and find you with content that talks about your products. Give value and keep them coming back. No matter what kind of products you have, if you provide up to date news and information about that product, you're ahead of the info marketing game.

3. Info Product Development

Develop info products within your market and promote them as a product you sell or give away from your website. The Info Product can be as short and sweet as a simple report, offering details of how to use your product, a booklet of suggested uses, or a long and detailed manual of how your product can impact the life of the reader. You choose, because you're the writer.

Article Marketing For Profit - How To Build Your Article Marketing Portfolio

When building your article portfolio, it is important to design something that is easy to manage, and also highlights your writing skills in a positive way. Everything from the fonts you choose to how people navigate the site can mean the difference between a sale and a visitor that simply leaves your site.

To begin, you can start uploading your portfolio onto any number of free web hosting service provider sites. If at all possible, you will want to test the finished page from a dial-up server connection to see if the page loads quickly. You will also be able to learn what kinds of popups or other advertisements will greet your potential customer. It may take signing up for several sites before you find one suitable for your needs. On the other hand, you may simply want to purchase webspace and a domain name.

Next, you will want to consider how potential customers will navigate through your site. If you are not a web designer, and do not want to work with HTML, you can hire someone to build the site for you. That said, it is important to choose colors and fonts that will be comfortable for your reader.

When it comes to writing the actual articles, it is Ok to start with just one or two per day. As you develop your skills, you will probably want to take down some items, and put up other ones. In this way, you will also have time to work on articles for your customers, without sacrificing the long term benefits you expect to achieve from having a portfolio.

Article Marketing to Drive Highly Qualified Traffic to Your Web Site or Blog

Article marketing is a great way to drive highly qualified traffic to your website. Here are the 3 steps:

Step One - Write lots of great quality articles - The higher your article volume, the higher all your other numbers are going to be. This includes highly qualified visitors to your web site. Write articles that are good enough to represent you well on the internet, give the reader good information, encourage the reader to know, like and trust you, and leave them wanting more from you. Write about the what, the why, and just enough of the how to give the reader something to do and something to take action on. Which leads to

Step Two - Craft a prospect pulling resource box - Your resource box is not the place to try to convince the reader that you are an expert in your niche. If you have not convinced the reader that you are an expert in your article, it is way too late to try to do so in the resource box. And they are probably not even reading your resource box anyway. The resource box is not about you, it's all about the reader. This is where you invite the reader back to your web site or blog to sign up for more great information.

Step Three - Powerful landing pages - Alright, so you have created a great article and a prospect pulling resource box, now what? Make sure you have good information and either a way for the reader to further engage you or spend money with you, or both, on your landing pages. You want to take really good care of the readers who come to visit your world.
